Where the data comes from
Every record in vtuberprofile is sourced from official channels and agency announcements — no speculation, no fan rumour.
Official channels first
Primary data — talent names, debut dates, graduation dates, subscriber counts, and stream schedules — is sourced from the YouTube Data API, Twitch API, and official agency and talent channel pages. We do not use fan wikis as a primary source.
Agency announcements
Roster changes, graduations, and new debuts are recorded from official announcements made by agencies through their verified social accounts, press releases, or official websites. Announcements are timestamped and linked where available.
Corrections welcome
VTuber data changes frequently — graduations, agency transfers, and debut date corrections happen. If you spot an error or have a more accurate source, let us know via the Correction Request page or email [email protected]. Corrections backed by an official source are processed as a priority.
No automated fan-sourced scraping
We do not scrape fan wikis, community spreadsheets, or informal databases as automated data feeds. Any information derived from those sources is manually reviewed and cross-checked against an official source before being published.
